Back to work with vague feelings of dread and foreboding. In fact got rather pleasant surprise seems I’ve been shortlisted for Bain Dawes Travelling Scholarship, following the French language paper I took in 1979. Certainly came from the blue that – interview will be Jan. 24th. Wendy may get her weekend in Paris at cut rates.
