… In eve bored at first (both of us) but went to a tiny, quiet little pub’ Cherry Tree in Catthorpe and played darts … Thomas Cross … A special bonus today was that I arrived at village shop early enough to get an Observer. Can’t be bad, 5 or 6 hours entertainment for 20p.
