Tuesday 7 January 1975: Cambridge

Returned to Cambridge today and bought 1st 3 volumes of Harrap’s German-English dictionary for £31 felt a bit lonely, when Mum & Dad had gone as I always do at first. It’s only when I’m away from them that I realize how much my parents mean to me … an hour to War & Peace
